Dog Training Schedule
FEES (See our refund policy here):
- Puppy 101: $80.00 for spcaLA adopted dogs; $100.00 for all others. Puppies must have
received at least one set of vaccinations. There are a total of six one-hour lessons. This
class is for puppies 8 weeks to 4.5 months old. No dogs lesson one - Level One*: $80.00 for spcaLA adopted dogs; $100.00 for all others. There are a total
of six lessons. This class is for dogs over 4.5 months of age. No dogs lesson one

completed Level One or similar. There are a total of six one-hour lessons. Bring Dogs to first class - Agility: $120.00 for all participants. (Visit our agility page for schedule and class
details.) Bring Dogs to first class - Come When Called: $55.00 for all dogs. Dogs must be at least four months of age to
attend this class. This class is not appropriate for dog reactive dogs or dogs with people

There are a total of four lessons. Bring Dogs to first class - Click-A-Trick: $55.00 for 4 sessions. This class is designed to expand your dogs training repertoire of fun behaviors. Impress all your friends with all the cool thing your doggy can do. Dogs should have completed at least one basic dog training class or equivalent and cannot have any aggression towards other dogs or people to participate in this class. * Dogs must have current rabies, Bordetella and DHPP shots.
Vaccinations:
- We require Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella. Equivalent may be accepted with appropriate medical documentation
Payment must be made at time of registration. (Your spot in the class is not guaranteed until payment is received). Please confirm that the class you are interested in is still open prior to making payment.

If the class you see is full, please click here to be added to the waiting list (you will only be contacted by email when classes become available).
Most classes run weekly. However, classes can be cancelled and/or postponed without notice. We will do our best to alert you to any weeks in which there will not be class so you can adjust your schedule accordingly. You will also receive the full number of lessons only the session end date will be affected. Below are the current dates in which there will not be any classes:

Give yourself and your dog the gift of training! Level One covers basic obedience skills for adolescent and adult dogs over 4.5 months old . This class is not designed to address serious behavioral issues or aggression. This class consists of six (6) sessions. |

This is a more advanced class for those that have completed Level One or similar training. Dogs must understand the basics: sit, down, stay and walking on leash. This class will cover the basics for Canine Good Citizens. |

This class will cover the basics of teaching your dog to "come when called." Dogs must be at least 4 1/2 months old to participate in this class. Having your dog respond to "come when called" can be a life-saving exercise. This class runs 45 minutes - to 1 hour. |

Learn what it takes to raise your pup into a well adjusted, obedient dog! Basic puppy care, training and socialization are the fundamentals for this class.
