TLC Parent Questionnaire

Dear TLC Parent,

We’re not sure if you remember us! Sometime ago, your child participated in a program with the animal shelter (spcaLA). At this program (TLC) your child helped train shelter dogs and learn valuable lessons about the treatment of animals and each other. We are currently looking for feedback about TLC. If you could take a minute and fill out the below survey, we would greatly appreciate it!

Why did you want your child to be part of TLC?
