spcaLA to offer $10 male cat neuters to celebrate Spay Day USA

Los Angeles, CA—$10 male cat neuters top the list of Spay Day USA celebrations at the spcaLA Specialty Spay/Neuter Center this February! All month long, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles (spcaLA) will celebrate Spay Day USA and bring awareness to the importance of spay and neuter – for animal health and to combat the pet overpopulation crisis.
The first fifty people who make appointments to neuter their male cat will pay $10 (some restrictions apply). The spcaLA Specialty Spay/Neuter Center is located at 5026 W. Jefferson Blvd in Los Angeles. Call 323-730-5303 for appointments and more information.
Other Spay Day USA activities include:
- Low Cost Vaccine & Microchip Clinic. February 19th, 9am–1pm at the Center. $25 Microchips for cats and dogs; $5 rabies vaccinations for cats and dogs; $15 DHPP, FVRCP and Leukemia vaccinations; $10 Bordetella vaccinations.
- Spay Day USA Online Pet Photo Contest. Running now through March 4th. Entrants submit pet photos to raise spay/neuter funds for spcaLA. Each vote is a $1 donation at www.spcaLA.com.
- Professional Pet Photo Session and Package Prize Drawing. For $1 donation, enter to win a one-hour photo session plus, a coffee table book filled with photos from the photo session, holiday cards, and an online photo link.
