karma the poodle mix

Karma

I have had some rough times but I am doing a lot better now! I came to spcaLA as a stray with my fur so badly matted by burrs, I couldn't even see! The vet techs at spcaLA got me all cleaned up and I feel SO much better. I am a very sweet dog, who loves being petted, and I enjoy a good treat, too! I need a loving home; please come and visit me, I know you will fall in love. Karma (12-03853), is a 2 year old male Poodle mix available for adoption at South Bay Pet Adoption Center.

Pawllywood Ending

During Mark & Brian Pet Adoption Day, 75 dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens got new homes! We had some outstanding adoptions, like Sophie a 10 year old Rottweiler who had been with us since February. Bacelli, a blind and mostly deaf Terrier mix found a new family to call his own and four black cats and kittens also found homes. Take a look at the Mark & Brian Pet Adoption Day photo album on Facebook! In addition to a day filled with inspiring adoptions, folks enjoyed vendor booths from Natural Balance, Southern California Honda Dealers, VCA Animal Hospitals, VPI Pet Insurance, Swheat Scoop, and Stella & Chewy's. Visitors also got to meet Dodgers legend, Steve Garvey; see Tillman skateboard, and enjoy a LIVE broadcast by Mark & Brian. Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Palozallo's Gelato truck provided delicious refreshments. And, Ralphs provided lunch for our fabulous volunteers and staff! And, we are especially happy to report that Bubbles, the Brussels Griffon mix that needed surgery to repair her broken femur was also adopted! Thanks to all who so generously donated to cover her surgery expenses. Thanks to all who came out and supported spcaLA!
