The City of Rock Springs has been looking for ways to reduce manpower requirements, consolidate records and minimize errors in record keeping for the animal control division. PawTrax® was purchased after reviewing many options. The program is user friendly, consolidates our records, and can be customized to fit our needs.
We are very pleased with the fact that PawTrax® is extremely user friendly because the layout of the startup menu includes all the day to day activities. Clicking on any of the menu options takes you to a table with predefined cells for data to be entered. The search options built into this program is of great help in finding records of clients, animals, addresses, and other fields.
This program has saved time and minimized errors by consolidating the animal control records into PawTrax®. A central location has made it easier to enter and search records without having to look in several programs and possibly missing critical data.
We like the fact that PawTrax® was very easy to customize to meet our needs.

The Humane Society of Whitley County had been looking for a way to keep better records of the animals that made their way through our shelter. After investigating several different programs, PawTrax® was our choice. The program is very “user-friendly” and suited our needs for tracking and recording adoptions and such.

“PawTrax® has exceeded what we originally expected”
It’s been almost two years since our agency converted to your program and I wanted to send you a quick thank you. PawTrax® has exceeded what we originally expected from the program prior to purchasing. The program was very user friendly and our staff on rare occasion ever had to use the instruction manual.
One of the exceptional benefits of the software was the flexibility to add new features or modify existing features to better suit our agency. We were even able to create additional reports.
Prior to purchasing the program, we looked at several other applications and in my opinion yours was by far the best value based on features and pricing. I want to personally thank you for all your help in adding new features for us. PawTrax® has made our operation and especially our reporting much more efficient and accurate.
