Ellen Naumann, CPDT-KA/CBATI

Ellen Naumann began her career in dog training by volunteering at the Los Angeles County Animal Shelter in Agoura Hills. It was here that she experienced first-hand the tremendous variety of breeds, their temperaments, and individual behavior issues. She also realized how just a little bit of training could have a huge impact on a dog and their future adopter. Inspired by the transformations at the shelter, Ellen soon began devoting her career path to working with dogs on a professional level. She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) and a Certified Behavior Adjustment Training Instructor (CBATI). She is the Resident Dog Trainer for the nations largest dog walking and pet sitting franchise, Fetch! Pet Care & Training. In 2018, Ellen will be launching the Official BAT School For Dogs, overseeing BAT Instructor Courses and BAT Certifications for trainers and guardians around the world.

Ellen is a progressive reinforcement trainer and continues her education on dog behavior and training by regularly attending conferences, seminars and a fueling her passion for learning more about behavior.
