Each month Basecamp Fitness selects a charity of the month. Through the hard work from every member in class, Basecamp Fitness has raised approximately $36,000 for charities such as the Movember Foundation, Susan G. Komen, and The Pat Tillman Foundation, among many others.

Basecamp Fitness is a 35 minute fitness class coupled with a supportive community, and built upon one core value: Building Strong Hearts. Catering to all fitness levels, Basecamp Fitness employs a unique workout format that makes it easy for anyone to participate. Each class is centered on a quick set of thirty total intervals alternating between one minute on the Assault AirBike, followed by one minute on the mat doing weighted or body-weight moves. In one class, each participant can complete anywhere from four to seven miles on the bike.

In addition to the “Miles for Paws” charity class, a Basecamp Fitness “Paws Strong Heart” men’s t-shirt or women’s tank top is available for purchase at each studio location. For every sale, Basecamp Fitness will donate $15 to the cause.
