spcaLA Adoptable Puppy Featured on Puppy Bowl XXI

Los Angeles, CA–Puppy Bowl XXI airs this Sunday! The cutest competition of the year returns, and in addition to Team Ruff vs Team Fluff, Puppy Bowl will also bring back pet segments during the game featuring puppies available for adoption. Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles is thrilled to announce an adorable puppy from spcaLA will be featured!

spcaLA’s Fumble, Puppy Bowl VIII MVP

The identity of the adoptable puppy will be revealed on Sunday morning at Discovery.com or spcaLA.com/puppybowl. Puppy Bowl XXI airs Feb. 9th at 11am PT on Animal Planet, Discovery, TBS, truTV, Max, and Discovery+.

The mystery pup will be available for adoption on Sunday, February 9th at 12pm PT at the spcaLA PD Pitchford Companion Animal Village & Education Center in Long Beach. Must be present to adopt. If there is more than one interested party at 12pm for adoption, a drawing will be done.

To celebrate Puppy Bowl, spcaLA is having an adoption special February 7th through February 9th at all spcaLA pet adoption centers. Adoption fees for dogs, cats & kittens is $25 for qualified adopters. Potential adopters must complete an application for adoption and meet all spcaLA adoption requirements.

spcaLA has participated in eight Puppy Bowl games, including Puppy Bowl VIII when Fumble, spcaLA’s puppy player, was voted MVP Most Valuable Puppy. Meet your own MVP at an spcaLA pet adoption center today!
