Los Angeles, CA – Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles (spcaLA) is hosting a Low Cost Vaccine & Microchip Clinic on Saturday, November 18th from 10am to 1pm in the Community Center at Plummer Park, 7377 Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood, CA.
spcaLA will offer the Canine Influenza Virus vaccine (CIV). CIV or “dog flu” is a highly contagious viral infection affecting dogs (and in rare cases cats). The two strains of CIV spread between dogs are H3N8 and H3N2. CIV requires a booster.
